I like working with Mariah. She’s very conscientious and make sure things get done and if something doesn’t have to be taken care of she make sure of that too. I am very satisfied working with this Honda dealership. I bought Volvos for years, but the service was always terrible. It’s such a great change working with Honda. I was told 1.5 hrs for B16 maintenance minder. After almost 2 hrs was told that leakage and sensor issue. They didn't have parts for sensor but could repair leak now. Was told 1 more hour. 2 hrs later I went to Hannah and said I had been there for 4 hrs. She said sorry. And I had to come back the next day for the sensor repair. Not happy. Fine that they found issues but being told 1 hr and then 2 hrs after already waiting 2 hrs, was not good.
