Lance Burns is extremely professional and very thorough when explaining any repairs to my car. My husband owned an automotive repair business & my children and I never had to worry when it came to car repairs. Being a widow, that trust is so important. When a service advisor leaves for the day and has keys brought back to sit on her desk, it would be nice if the communication is clearer so that your customers don’t sit there for an extra hour or so thinking they are waiting on their vehicle but it’s actually ready.
