Joe was very professional and always polite. He seemed very knowledgeable and he was eager to help me. Your phone system is terrible btw. It was much better before you moved to a call center and applied AI. Been a loyal customer for 25 years, but really dislike your call center.
Theodore was a great representative; however, we are very unsatisfied about certain aspects of our experience with the technician; one of which the complimentary multipoint inspection was not performed while our vehicle was there for almost two weeks. We are home tonight and our brakes, which could’ve been serviced while there, are scrubbing so badly we are afraid to drive the vehicle. Other things happened that frustrated us. Because of our experience, we have decided not to return. Thanks for your kindness Theodore. By the way, my son actually got the horn working.
