I bought my Nissan Rogue from the Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville. Their service department is phenomenal, and I have never had an issue with them. I wish that reflected the entire Anderson Automotive Group, but that would be a false statement. The service representatives working on 4/19/25 were the most disrespectful and slimy men I have ever encountered. Upon arrival for my service appointment, I was met with nothing but attitude from Keith. Granted, my vehicle is not a Honda, but this location has serviced it before, so I assumed it would not be an issue. I made Keith aware that I had the "family plan," and per company policy, this plan is honored at any Fred Anderson dealership. Keith, obviously annoyed that he would not be making his commission wen't to the back to "check on something". He returned and claimed that my vehicle no longer fell under the family plan since it was a Nissan and showed me the Fred Anderson Honda website. I insisted that Fred Anderson in Asheville would beg to differ and that he should call them to work out this discrepancy in company policy. Keith claimed he "couldn't do that." I then noticed Theodore, who helped me at my last appointment, and asked him why my plan would no longer be honored at this location. He looked at me and said "well I cant help you because you didn't text me to schedule your oil change." I decided that I would call the Asheville Nissan location and ask what was going on. I say this to emphasize that the service department located in a different state was more helpful than the one I was standing outside. I will not be returning to this location and I will definitely never recommend anyone buy a car or have their vehicles serviced from here.

Nick is Awesome! From the time we dropped the car off, until we picked it up, he was so nice and helpful. He kept me informed about what was recommended to keep our Honda running good preforming as it should. You have you a great guy there. I will ask for Nick next time we need service.
