I was truly impressed with all the work that was done on my car. I went to get an oil change. I received the royal treatment everything was checked out on my car. I never had this happen at any car dealership before. It was amazing. Then I received a video of what was done to my car. Thank you so much!
This was our first visit to Fred Anderson Honda after subpar service from another dealership. Alex reached out to us shortly after our van arrived at Fred Anderson Honda and talked us through the process. He then followed up when the work was completed. What we thought was a major issue, was resolved with a simple solution.
There was a tool left in my vehicle. This should not happen. Do you not do an inventory of the tools when the job is done? This makes me wonder about the quality of work performed.
I did not like Brian attitude. He took over when the other guy left who was amazing. The first two times Brian was good, then he acted like he did not have time for my questions nor concerns. He always passes me on to someone else. Very seldom do I see a smile on his face. When I made my appointment i asked for the guy who helped me before. It’s a shame I can not remember his name he was amazing. I bought my car from Fred Anderson Honda and has always bought my CRV to you for maintenance. I think I’m going to try someone . The service I got on 4/18/25 was unexceptionable. I didn’t ask you guys to do anything for me for free. I paid my money just like the next person. I don’t ever want Brian nor Matt again..
Theodore Davis saw me standing and waiting to be helped and he reached out to help me. He was a nice and knowledgeable and most of all he didn’t let me stand there feeling ignored. It’s so important how you make a customer feel. Good job Theodore Davis!

This was my first visit to Fred Anderson service. I was greeted pleasantly, my service manager Matt listened to me, ensured me he would take good care of me and he certainly went a above and beyond to do so. I'm so glad I chose Fred Anderson, I will be coming back!
