Huge thanks to Lance at Fred Anderson Honda — seriously one of the best managers there! He didn’t just handle the regular service, but also noticed a chip in my windshield and took care of getting it replaced. Really appreciate that kind of attention to detail. Thank you, Lance!

Our van ran even worse after diagnostics. Nothing was reset electronically like I thought would happen. Spent 300.00 for nothing. Very disappointed.

Go in at 5pm for oil change. Took an hour and a half. Was there not happy. Brody was nice but never said they were behind. I’ve never waited that long before. Had I known I would have gone elsewhere

Luke was fantastic. We discussed some findings and we agreed some could be deferred to my next appointment. Additionally, I felt like a family member and not a customer. We discovered it truly is a small world-his wife was from the SAME Illinois town as me. He represents Fred Anderson Honda well. Definitely worth the drive from Tryon, NC!
