Brian was very professional, and ensure my problem would be taken care of. He took time to listen to me without rushing. He informed me that he would be not be at work on the day I’m to bring my car in to be repaired. He took the time to introduce me the gentleman that would be taking care of me when I bring my car back in. This speaks highly of the professional person that he is. He went above and beyond.

Overall it was a good experience! My only complaint was that when I came to pick up the vehicle, I had to wait a long time for Ashleigh to get back to her desk. I assume she was at lunch/break and would not expect her to rush back, but it would be nice if someone else could cover if someone is out for a while. It was probably only 5-10 minutes, so not too bad and I do not think it was Ashleigh’s fault at all. Her service was great.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM today and arrived early at 10:45 AM. I was told the service would take about 45 minutes to 1 hour, which was reasonable. However, the wait ended up being close to 2 hours without any updates on the status of my vehicle. I eventually had to get up and ask for an update myself. I was told Eric had stepped away to the garage, so I waited at his desk. While waiting, I noticed a note indicating he was actually at lunch and that customers should see Alex for assistance. No one proactively checked in with me, and it seemed like I may have continued waiting even longer if I had not asked for help. When Eric returned, he did not acknowledge me or provide any explanation for the delay. Alex ended up assisting me with checkout. In past visits, my oil changes have always been prompt and the staff has reviewed service recommendations clearly. This time, I was given paperwork without any explanation, so I left unsure about what some of the recommended services meant. I understand that delays can happen, but better communication and a simple acknowledgment would have made the experience much more pleasant. This visit felt disorganized compared to the positive experiences I’ve had here previously.

Service rep was quick to process me and technically knowledgeable in answering my questions Tire tec discovered the screw that caused airloss and patched the tire;however, the small non-leaking nail that I located was not removed.
