I didn’t work with Lance. When I got there Thursday morning, Mariah walked up to my car. I told her that I was there on Wed and worked with Matthew Large and he told me that he would not be there Thursday when I came back and that I would be dealing with Lance. But Lance had several people waiting to see him so Mariah helped me check in. When the work was finished and it was time for me to check out, Lance was at lunch so Mariah checked me out and walked with me to my car. I never met Lance.
Alexander was very knowledgeable and super friendly 10/10 customer service he knocked it out of the park
Alexander Shepard was curious and kind. Traveling over an hour to the dealership is worth every mile.

Noah was fantastic. He gets 10 out of 10. The gentleman in the parts department was very rude. He would not believe that my husband was returning a part he bought at your facility. Even though it was listed in the computer the man accused Wayne if lying. Then, to save face they suddenly remembered returns are not accepted after 15 days. Very u professional.
