Great efficient service—I could tell that the entire staff was on mission to get everyone’s cars serviced quickly and thoroughly! Nick was very helpful in providing updates and explanation of the maintenance. He showed excellent customer service! This was my first time at a Honda service center, and I was impressed with the accommodations of the waiting room and the speediness of the work done! Great pricing too for top-notch quality! It took almost 4 hours to complete the work. Oil change, tire alignment. Also a recall regarding front seat sensor. I was never provided updates on progress. Appointment was at 7:30. I received a video regard the maintenance inspection at 9:25. Almost 2 hours after arrival.
Kayla is exceptional.she was very clear about the mechanic's inspection report and cost estimates and kept me posted on how long the work would take to complete
In general everything was good. Just wanted to have some little extra evidence about the additional activities done in my unit (oil transmission change/recall fuel pump inspection). Don't get me wrong, I trust, but with evidence, there is no doubt about it.
