It took alittle time but did a lot to my car & everyone kept checking on me & updating me. This was very nice -I usually take the car service & go to my daughter so it was nice to see everyone checking in with me????

From the standpoint of making an appointment for service. I’d much rather deal with a real person than with AI. It would also be nice to have a hardcopy of the multi check list that is done on the vehicle. That way it serves much better as a reminder of service that needs to be done
