I have already sent a message and tried to call to talk about the experience I had. I have never had any issues when leaving here but after this time I am not sure that I will come back. Before even looking at anything in the car (I was there for an oil change which I was told is free, I’ve never been told anything else) he told me I would have to pay 140 dollars to get the oil change. We walked over and he was messing around with stuff. He then showed me the screen. I asked about the price and he didn’t care to explain why I had to pay that for a free oil change. He then said there was a recall but said “we won’t worry about that today” and said nothing else about that. I left and came back around 5:35. I sat in the parking lot waiting for a text and nothing ever came. I walked in around 6 and went up to him before he said anything else he said “just to let you know there’s normally no one here and your car was going to have to stay overnight” I have had my oil changed many times and I’ve always been texted or told that my car was done. I was so shocked by that. We walked over to my car and I got in. I looked over and there was something all in my passenger floor. I don’t know what it was but I took a picture. After I left I got a text at 6:10 that my car was ready. I was so disappointed leaving that appointment.

Keith today was very personable and conversational. This experience was like visiting a friend who has been out and about enjoying life and now we are just catching up. AND I believe he is taking care of my car, too!

The lady I dealt with was GREAT. I know she listened to me and passed on my simple requests of making sure enough air was in the tires and the headlights being left alone - automatic settings. The headlights were not left alone. Also, overall, service is good but I didn’t know to look for a text from the person working in the car and my ringer was off, so time was wasted. A simple reminder would be ver appreciated.

The only thing that would have made it the best would have been an Uber back to my house since I brought the vehicle in the night before. Other than that, everything was great!

She didn't say a word to us when work was complete. Not thank you, not have a good day, not bye! Handed us the keys, opened the door and that was it. We don't even know if the recall work was done or what it was.

Went to shop only for change oil and rotations as per your code on the screen of my car but end it doing the alignment that it took 2:30 hours and apparently because of one of the tires is now shaking , so I got to buy a tire they should tell me to buy the tire first that cost me $270 and then do the alignment that is another $300 that already paid , need more integrity on the services and advice to the customer

Brody did a great job! He was very thorough and asked good questions about the issues I was having with my vehicle. He was also very helpful in discussing payment and the sunbilt payment options when the cost of repairs was going to be a little out of my budget. Milton was also a gem and shuttled me to and from starbucks while I waited! Brody and Milton were both excellent at their jobs and customer service and I look forward to interacting with them in the future.
