Spent money for weird break sound problem that is in the break pedal. Break booster were not inspected or engine mounts/transmission mounts. Car still vibrates and makes hissing humming noise when pressing and decompressing break. Said have to go back to OEM breaks and rotors and I had no issues with aftermarket rotors. Rear breaks were changed. They redid the rear break pads as if they were serving the car for pads to see if sound went away. Sound is only inside cabin near front of car and sound like E-Break. All the parts checked out in the rear. Only thing i can think of is failing Break Booster or leak in progress. Problem was not solved. Had vehicle for 24hrs and Problem was not found or fixed
Brian Heisler, did an excellent job today answering questions about a recall on my vehicle. Also my appointment was right on time.
Didn’t have an appointment. Low tire pressure light came on while driving. They took me right in and found a screw thru the front passenger tire.
Patched it and I was on my way feeling safe again.
Had gone thru some road that was being dug up prior to repaving.
Think I pick up the screw there.
So appreciate the prompt attention to my situation.
