Your AI voice agent **** it can only pass messages cause it doesn’t know how to answer if your car is ready or when your car will be ready and all the service agents are so over loaded now they don’t have time to breath. I’m not happy with the new system . Mariah is wonderful it’s not her fault. I blame it on fred anderson new system
