Getting a ride while my car was serviced was significantly more difficult/ took significantly longer than expected. Otherwise everything went smoothly and the staff was very attentive and helpful!

I want to know why the last person who changed my oil said that next time my break fluid would need to be changed, but the person who changed my oil said it was fine. I asked Brian he went out and unscrewed the cap and put his finger in it and said that I should probably schedule an appointment to get it changed soon and told me the price. I just want to know how one said I would be needing it and the other said that it was fine. Both techs changed the oil in my car? I don’t know maybe a difference of opinion? But to me it looked low and dirty. So the question is do I let FRED ANDERSON CHANGE MY BREAK FLUID or GO SOMEWHERE ELSE??

I worked with Brody when I came in to get my vehicle issue diagnosed and when I came back to have it repaired after the part was ordered. Brody was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I've always had good experiences at Fred Anderson Honda on Woosruff, but Brody went above and beyond!

I wasn’t pleased with my customer service experience today. I am considering purchasing a new car with Fred Anderson in the near future and today’s experience made me second guess if I want to do business with Fred Anderson. Don’t bother calling me about it. I noticed that Theadore is the assistant service manager. Nothing I say will matter anyway. Just know that his tone that he used to talk to me with made me feel like I was stupid and I didn’t appreciate it.
