Daniel was awesome. He explained everything to me. Very friendly and made me feel comfortable as a first time customer. Now I do have some concerns about the guy that checked me out. I usually get paperwork explaining what was done and if additional services are needed and I didn’t receive that. Also I had a coupon and I’m not sure it was applied.

I had a 2:00 appointment. Arrived approximately 25-30 minutes prior. Was told I should be out by 3:20-3:30. Was prepared for the stay. However, surprisingly, i was out at 2:12. A GREAT day!!
The problem with my Vehicle did not get repaired. Do you have the vehicle from Monday morning to 8:30 AM to Tuesday, March 11 2:30 PM I’m very unhappy with the service that I received.

Good service requires a courtesy follow up indicating the issue that cause the car to be in for maintenance. Along with the end result. Though service started at 100%, I'd have to give it a 8 - being on a scale of 1 to 10. Courtesy of the Patron is MOST important

I had brought my vehicle in for a airbag light. The service technician replied to me online and let me know it was a bad passenger seat and it was going to be over 3000 dollars to fix. I did not have 3 grand to fix it so I declined the service. So I paid for the tec charge that was 200. I went out to my car and checked under passenger seat to see if the wire was plugged in and it was not. I plugged it in and the air bag light went off. This is the second time I have had terrible service and had been overcharged for a job that had not been done at this service center. I don't know if you make your money on up charging people for things they do not need, but I don't agree with it. I personally think it is criminal.

Was made to wait. Had appt time 10am for oil change sent text car was ready, was not made to wait until 3:30pm for car. Service lady was rude.
