Very bad customer service. Bought are in for oil change and tires rotation and didn’t get car back till 3:30. Appointment was for 8:30. I would be happy to talk to the service manager. Tel ****-****-xxxx. Leave a message maybe I will call back

From the time we walked in the service department it was a **** show. No one acted like they knew what they were doin. Had my car 3 days and fixed absolutely nothing. Oil change and tire rotation is the only thing they did. Will not be back to **** Smith, I will travel to another Nissan dealership.
