Through entirely too long for a oil change and a tire rotation. My appointment was at 8:15 AM. I ride by 8 o’clock. I didn’t leave the dealership until 11 entirely too long . It seems like the day off when I checked in was a newcomer and people were servicing. My car was in training..
The oil change was good and it didn't take to long. It just cost to much I am glad that I had a coupon that was able to cut my cost in half.
The car needed an oil change and that was done, however the car wash was not done, as requested, and I had to ask that it be done. The attendant who washed the car did NOT wash the car to my satisfaction. She had an attitude when she returned the car, walked away unresponsive and refused to answer another attendant who called her name about the car wash. Perhaps something was bothering her, I can’t say, but to act and behave and be discourteous is not a good thing for your business.
You guys are great, service provided was excellent. My only issue is the cost of my service today to my Nissan Maxima Platinum. You installed a new battery, oil change, transmission fluid change, tire alignment and service to our air conditioner with a military discount for over $1400. That’s just too much. I would have expected to pay $850 for that service. I like the brand, your dealership and your service - all very good. At the end of the day - I’m left looking for a less expensive vehicle and dealership to operate. I may try Toyota.

My experience was exceptional my advisor and service tech made sure I was aware of that my vehicle needed and what was done at all times. I really like the video of my.
