I asked for a certain mechanic was never told if they were working. Had to go out, follow-up, then I was told another mechanic had my car. It would have been nice to have known that ahead of time. So I could have rescheduled, and came back

I thought by having an appointment system it would speed things up as far as getting in and getting out but this system is worst than the first come first serve. I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was there for an hour and 40 minutes there was a previous time before this and it was 2 1/2 hours. This process needs to be looked at to try and reduce the long wait time
