I made an appointment and did not get my vehicle back til late afternoon. I always make appointments and this always happens. I thought making appointments meant a slot would be allocated for the customer , so they would not have to wait very long. I completely understand if staffing is low, but a heads up or “we apologize for the very long wait”, would’ve been nice.

I was completely satisfied with today’s customer service and the work performed on my vehicle. The service advisor was courteous and very knowledgeable. She was able to explain in detail what I needed. She is a definite asset to **** Smith Nissan.

Karel Gass went above and beyond. In all the shops I have ever had s vehicle serviced this experience best then all. Purely because of Karel. She made me feel welcomed and treated me with so much respect. Didn't try and oversell me anything. I really hope to continue to work with her in the future!

I was told one price and was charged another. Also, i paid for a tire rotatation and i dont think they did it. The tire that had the most air is in the same spot.
