Riccardo Simons is an awesome service manager. The moment I described the symptoms I was concern about, he immediately diagnosed the problem and initiated the fix - tire replacement and alignment. He had tires ordered, called me as soon as they arrived, and got me back on the road much quicker than I expected.
Katrina was very helpful and friendly. She explained costs upfront that may be possible so I felt at ease and prepared. When I called for an update on my vehicle, she personally checked and called me back in a very timely manner. She made my visit very easy and stress free!
