I would be completely satisfied with the service except for never being told my car was finished. After being in the waiting room for an hour and 20 minutes I went to the desk and found the car was finished. Jason was very kind and apologized that no one ever came to get me. Generally the person that checks you in comes back to get you, but I never saw them again.

Job was completed very quickly. I like the video from the tech. My husband is one of those people who think that garages tell you need your filters changed when you see the picture of it you know. I liked that I know of work that will need to be done soon, so I can save money and then go back. Also like that the check my brake pad and tires!

Made a appointment for oil change at noon got there 15 minutes earlier, sat for over a hour waiting to find out the didn't even started to work on my vehicle , I took my vehicle somewhere else n not planning to use your service
