Service advisor was very rude and continuously said that my cars issues couldn’t have been done by the service department team. My car didn’t drive straight when I left the lot last time.

Scheduled appointment for oil/tire/4x4/window trim. Took the day off. Drove 35 miles to be told no tech on duty to look at the 4x4/window… Would have been nice to know this ahead time.

The service was great. But the wait time was ridiculous. 1hr 30min almost 2 hours before my vehicle was done. It was very fustrating because I missed my son’s appointment. I had requested a rental or even the shuttle and no one got back to me with an answer on my request.
