Amazing customer service at both visits. Everyone I encountered smiled and greeted, Tania and Torrey took great care of getting my service set up and performed. Hillary was able to schedule my part replacement on the exact day and time I requested. The service was completed in the quoted timeframe so that I made it to my appointment in Ottawa. Great team! And teamwork!

Unfortunately I had to return to service after driving away so they could troubleshoot and then complete a setup step that had been missed. Otherwise all was good, fast service and also added in an inspection service that was due.

Hi Victoria, unfortunately Emma broke the clip off of the glovebox shelf when checking the cabin filter. I found a piece of it on the seat when I got home. I did say it had just been replaced so there was no need to even look at it when I checked in. Any chance of getting a new one. Just thinking if the other one breaks it won’t stay in place in the future. I can send a picture if you want one. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you

I was 9.9/10 satisfied. Everything was great (thanks) except...... Never really got an answer on the size of my gas tank on the truck. When I bought it the tank was advertised to be 32 gallons. I have never been able to put more than 28 gallons into it, even though I have run it dangerously low (less than 10 miles remaining). I was told today the Tundra trucks only come with 24 and 32 gallon tanks. I know its not 24 gallons. So........?

Service was pleasant and the shuttle service was nice. I was a bit disappointed by the price of the service. The markup on the atf fluid was pretty high. Beside that I would come back.
