Donovan was very polite and did a great job keeping us informed. Another young lady (Megan?) checked us in and she went above and beyond when my daughter’s iPod case fell, going through the floor grate, landing in the drain. We really appreciate her quick action in retrieving that! Thanks so much!

I liked the video updates the only thing I was unsure about is if the tires got rotated? It wasn’t on the paperwork. I’m assuming they were because they were taken off. That is my only question. Other than that great job. Thank you

I live a ways away called to see how long. 3 hours they would need the car. I dropped the car off, arranged a ride back to south Burlington to take care of things for family members w medical problems. Shortly after dropping the car off I s received the estimates to approve the work that needed to be done. I approved two and did not approve the tires because we are purchasing new tires tomorrow. There was a recall, an oil change and two filters that needed replacing. I signed it and sent it back. It wasn’t long after that I received a call saying the car was done. I asked the person on the phone if she was sure everything was done because I was told it would be three hours. She said everything was done. I returned later w my ride and nothing was done except the oil change. They said they never received the approval. I asked why didn’t you call if you didn’t receive it. I’m not planning on bringing it back. I’ll see if I can get the work done locally. I don’t have time for this.
