Only issue it took two hours for an oil change and new battery that seems long text said service was done and it took over an hour to put in a new battery

My battery died for a second time in 15 months and I called Handy’s for help with the battery warranty and to see why that happened. They diagnosed the issues and took care of me beautifully. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had transportation during the time that they were working on my vehicle. They honored their original estimate as well. I am completely satisfied with my experience with them and filled with appreciation.

I would rate Richard Brown as the best service manager that I have ever encountered. His friendly demeanor and willingness to make sure that the customer feel at ease make him an outstanding employee.

Great experience getting my oil change. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. I also appreciated receiving updates through messages during the process. I wish I had caught the gentleman’s name who greeted me with my Land Cruiser at 10:38 today 03/06/2026—he was extremely polite and made the waiting time enjoyable. One of the best customer service experiences!

I was very impressed with Megan's knowledge about the repair of my truck she must have been a service technician at one point if not she must be one of those people who absorbers information like a sponge. I don't now his name but the guy who set up the rental was very pleasant to deal with too.

For the last two times of getting my oil changed as a service somebody has forgotten to clear the service soon code. Then on the way home I get the code back and think something is wrong with the car. I call the service department and like champs they walk me through clearing the code though the steering wheel, but it’s a problem easily avoided. Other than that I love the service very friendly and always ready to help you.
