Justin is awesome and I’ll keep coming back because of him. Great customer care. However after I looked at the roof and accepted the cat from Justin as I was driving home I noticed black finger prints all over the inside of my drivers door headliner as off they were standing on the door sill and holding on inside the car. I looked at the passengers side and same thing. And to a lesser degree on the back doors. So while Justin is great, the people doing the work are not. The last time I picked my cat up there was a grease stain on the drivers seat. Justin tried to get me to let him clean it several times, but I just returned from Japan and just wanted to go home. He told me how to clean it and it worked. Also why I didn’t call Justin with the most recent concern…I just cleaned it myself.

The inability for Ramiro or Justin to respond to parts availability that I have purchased ****. I will do everything in my power to avoid spending my money at this dealership and I will continue to share the info with whomever I come in to contact with and discuss the grenadier. Love the truck, love what it was created for and stands for, but Ineos of Arrowhead has got to be the worst follow-up I have ever had. Once the initial money grab has been gotten there is no service after the sale. Regards.

I do want to let you know a couple of things though. 1) The subwoofer was completely turned off when I took ownership of the vehicle. I had to research and program it on my own. 2) There was a missing hole plug in the hood. 3) there are a lot of spots in the window tinting that might need to be fixed? They are pretty bad.
