I could go to the local Toyota Dealership But I love Moses. The service is good. I feel like you are attentive to our concerns. You tell me what needs work and what would be a poor investment to fix up.

Service was great,but if I purchase another vehicle I would never purchase the warranty again,because I was lied to. He said free oil changes as long as I had the vehicle. I guess that's what I get for trusting people. Everyone is not honest.

What really upsets me is the quality of your so called “multi-point inspection.” The tech should have seen the leak of steering fluid to know the carriage needed to be replace not just the stop nut. I was only quoted the actual stop nut and when the service was going to be completed, that’s when he saw the fluid and the bill went up $2000.00. If you are going to have a quality service, then you have to check everything with your inspection before you quote a price. While I paid it and got the recommend service, I will think twice before I trust a Moses Tech again. As for Taylor, she was wonderful. She was accommodating, sympathizing with my situation and always kept me up to date with the progress. She is truly a gem in your organization.
