For one I was double charged The lady said the computer was acting up to put the card back in & double charged me I called & they apparently left a little early so I was told someone would call me back today haven't heard back from them I called & left a message. It's like I'm being avoided & my husband had to bring the truck back when he pulled out it was making a noise. Please call me ASAP ****-****-xxxx

Moses got me in quickly for warning malfunction that popped up on my van and requested I see dealer immediately . I’m still not sure why malfunction occurred since nothing was found to be an issue but I was serviced in a timely manner.

I’m extremely irritated yet again. You called me last week to inform me that the part you ordered (to replace the one that you all screwed up) and schedule me in to get it installed, after waiting several months to get it in. So my wife has to get up on spring break and get 3 kids ready and get sit at your dealership to just be told that you all sent the part back because you had it for too long. You all have lost my business and after Friday I will take my business elsewhere.
