1pm appt. At 1:10 pm, service person comes out and tells me they don’t have the part. I can go home. Call next Monday to see if they have part. How hard would it be to call to let us know we needed to re-schedule, if parts people paying attention. First time in my long life I’ve been sent home from a dealer without work being completed. Also first time I used St Alban’s Toyota. Not impressed.

I received my truck back and after driving for a minute I noticed my steering wheel had to be turned almost a quarter turn to the right just to drive in a straight line. It was never mentioned to me that I may need an alignment after the service I received and it was not mentioned at all by the gentleman that pulled my truck around from the back of the shop to deliver it to me. I know for a fact that whoever did the test drive for my vehicle had to have felt that the wheel was so off centered and chose to do nor say anything about it. After going elsewhere to have the alignment fixed it is still pulling slightly to the right, which makes me curious if components around my wheels were damaged in the repair process. I felt I had been very patient over the past month waiting for my vehicle while it was in for engine repairs and this is honestly one of the last issues I even thought about happening afterwards. A vehicle shouldn’t go into the shop with one issue and come out with another one.

Gary and the team at Moses took great care of me and my family. Gary was polite, professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. I may consider coming back to dealership for service. Things are greatly improved since I came to buy a car in 2017.
