Good experience. She was very nice . Someone just turned the lights off on me in the garage before I could drive out because you all were closing ????. I was trying to adjust my seat where they moved it and all the lights got shut off before I drove out.

I filled out the survey - very pleased with recent service. I previously used Ball Toyota because they are a shorter drive from home, but after being bought out by Victory Toyota their service advisors changed. Victory has proven that they are a bunch of thieves (recommending unnecessary service and not actually doing service that was paid for). So, you folks will be the beneficiary of that unhappy experience (and I will badmouth Victory for years to come).

I was impressed with how calls & feedback were handled as well as the Effie in the repair time. However I was disappointed after paying and picking up my vehicle, as I had asked that it be road tested, but when I got in it to leave the check engine light was on. They did take it around to the garage again and determined a vacuum hose wasn’t hooked “loose”. I left with it but then I hear a muffled sound I had never heard before. Takin it back for resolution.

Caught off guard about the automated work proposal process. Loses the human touch if a mechanic coming out to communicate the investigation of any mechanical concerns. However , the positive was to list the findings and suggestions along with the expected costs. Expected costs would always come up during a conversation and the worker may not have the answers needed so this was a good thing.
