He was very helpful in explaining everything and super kind. Due to the circumstances of the issues he gave me another option to look at to see exactly what’s going on. Due to being involved with corporate (not pertaining to Moses) he said I could call back after talking to corporate and he would be more than happy to assist on figuring out what’s wrong

The car was in the shop from 9-19-25 until 1-9-26. Insurance covered over $7700 in costs to repair extensive mouse damage. But then the dealer found another problem, not related to mouse damage, which was not a problem before we stopped driving the car in September, and we paid $773 for additional repairs. We assumed the car was fully fixed, as the dealer told us when we picked it up today. Yet on the way home, we got a dashboard message, “Headlight System Malfunction,” a problem that didn’t exist before we had it towed to the dealer and was clearly not detected during almost 4 months at the dealer! This is incredibly time consuming, costly and aggravating, especially since the dealer is a 1 hour 15 minute drive away. Plus, when we first got a loaner, in November, it had very low tire pressure (~26 psi instead of ~38 psi in all 4 tires) and a dashboard message that maintenance is required and see dealer - even though it had just been at the dealer.
