I’m disappointed that for the second time my vehicle was not washed. Every time I’ve taken my vehicle to get fixed, it’s been done very well. However, both times I asked for a car wash and both times it was not done. I know it’s not a lot, but I’m disappointed that I couldn’t have my vehicle washed when I asked for it.

Brought car in with no appointment due to numerous warning lights.... even though the service area was short staffed and slammed Travis still managed to have a tech run the codes, order parts, and make sure it was safe for me to drive. A+

Not a major thing, but cabin air filter was supposed to be changed. I got home and the new filter was in the box laying on the passenger floorboard. I was able to watch a YouTube video and change it myself, but was surprised that it hadn’t been done.

The only reason I continually drive the two hours for service is because of the excellent customer service. However, today was a little surprising when after everything was completed and stated costs, there was an additional 3% surcharge for using a credit card. When service charges range from ****-****-xxxx, 3% is excessive.

I called about the price of the 20,000 mile check up and the girl told me $120 but when I get there and check out, it was 220 some odd dollars they did not explain to me at the time my appointment that I would have to pay extra for the parts… I was willing to pay it. It’s just I think she should have explained it more. .. Travis was very nice. Explained everything real well. I was very happy with my service.
