John and his team saved us from spending another night in a motel waiting for a replacement for the run-flat tire that had been irreparably damaged by a pothole on the WVA turnpike late on a Saturday night. I had to get new tires for an ES350 that was 4 months old. Explanation was that Lexus does not put the best tires on its new cars. I was quoted a price of $1,200 for the tires and balancing. The total price was over $1,400 with no further explanation when I inquired as to the difference. The whole experience with purchasing a new Lexus from Moses was completely unsatisfactory as well as the experience with servicing it. I will be filing a complaint with Lexus USA on what I believe could fairly be considered fraudulent practices by Moses Lexus.

3rd time I have drove 45 minutes with the same problem. Back gate won’t automatically close correctly. 1st and 2nd time was told it was fixed but only worked temporarily. This time they determined they “think “it is one of the shocks . Part is now on order and hopefully trip 4 will take care of it
