Few years back I had problem with the service and I stopped using Lexus service department. That forced me to purchase my vehicle from Columbus. My son convinced me that new owner (Susan) means business at least try once. Service young men at the counter were extremely professional and nice. No up selling ****. Time smart service. I really salute everyone at Moses Lexus of St. Albans

I had a clip on the air vent break off and they refused to fix. To me this was poor quality to break off that easily. It is under warranty and should have been repaired. Instead I was told it would be about $400. No thank you. I had purchased the maintenance package and was charged for a tire rotation. I tried to say I shouldn’t have to but was told I was wrong. I came back with written proof and was taken to a sales person who was very polite and will be mailing me a check for what I paid. I was also told when I purchased I could get a loaner when the car is in the shop. That has to happen no matter if you book in advance. They never have any loaners. Overall I’m very disappointed in my Lexus purchase and can’t wait to get rid of it.

Agents were all very nice. Service was great and timing was acceptable as well. My only issue was there recommendation. At 50k miles I need new break pads and rotors as well. Moses does all my service and I should have been alerted sooner about pads to avoid changing rotors too. I only skipped the 47000 mile check up because my wife had surgery at UVA. We drove there 5-6 times during the process so the last 3k miles were predominantly open interstate miles.
