Travis stated (and so does the RO from back in August) that the back seat for my GX would only be ordered pending approval from L/Certified. So, the seat was ordered and the repair appointment scheduled. When the repair was complete, I was subsequently presented with a $3,900 repair bill which I was asked to pay. I was never informed by anyone at Moses Lexus (including Travis, who checked me in for the repair) that the claim had been denied until AFTER the repair was completed. Now my GX is being held hostage until they figure out how to fix their error, which is wild to me. Additionally, Travis never made any attempt to call me during the claim approval or part ordering process. I had to call the dealership multiple times between August and October to find out what was going on. And every time I called, Mr. Travis was not available one single time to speak to me. I’ll add he was also not present when the bill was presented to me so no one could give me any answers on why this colossal debacle had ensued. Not sure what this guy actually does, but it doesn’t seem to be much. You are selling luxury vehicles. Step it up a bit.

No one reviewed my invoice with me. No one bothered to inform me that one of the issues I wanted checked was actually a recall and there is no fix at this time. No one could tell me exactly why the recall. I only knew about the recall after reviewing my invoice.

As far as we know, we never saw John ****. And we received a text from Moses Lexus, stating what we owed. I wrote the check. Then sometime later,we received another text stating a larger amount but when we checked out, we were told we actually overpaid by .50 cents.

Everyone was most accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. The service manager even connected my telephone to my husbands car - which I have needed for 6 months. I got a video of the work that was done which is a brilliant idea. And they washed my car making it look brand new. I love the Moses teamwork! They make the dream work!!
