Much better service than 6 months ago. Service provider did not want to do requested maintenance. Work was accomplished in a timely manner (one day) vs being told same service would be 3-5 days six months ago.

Gio did a great job getting my vehicle in to do the Service Campaign and out very very quickly (30 minutes). Im glad he was my service advisor and hope to work with him in the future . By the way- great coffee. Also Im excited that you now have the Fleet and Large Vehicle vehicle service bays building having now the capability to service my Transit Cutaway with motorhome. Thank you.

Mr. Bencini was very professional and gracious. Everything was explained to me clearly and I was updated throughout the process. Jeremy the service manager also approached me to give updates. I had a good conversation with Sales Manager Lee **** as well. I’m very happy with my experience today which involved a multipoint inspection and battery replacement on my 2018 Ford F-150.
