India was very friendly and polite. She squeezed me in today and took care of getting my car serviced. She informed me along the way to the progress and advised me on my issues with my brakes. So, everything is doing fine, but she told me to let her know if I have any issues in the future to contact her. I appreciate the great service.

India did great repairing the blunder of on one retrieving my drop off envelope with key fob for my 7:15 AM car repair appointment until I called to check on progress at 11:00AM. India was finally handed my key fob packet at 11:10AM. My car was dropped off the day before (Dec 25 ) for this appt on Dec 26. She got the oil change and three recalls done by 2:30PM that day. She saved the day for me. When I set up this appt. I explained I would be using your ‘key drop’ - we entered my VIN number and called out all three recalls to be done and I added the oil change.
Extremely professional, gracious and showed she cared for the vehicle.
Would have been nice to have the occasional update as I waited for well over 2 hours for service that I have had completed on my previous F150 in about an hour. I might still be waiting if I had not gone back out to the service area.
I had a 10:30 am appointment for an oil change & tire rotation. I left the service center around 1 pm. I had to initiate finding out what was going on after waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Totally unacceptable. I should have been gone by 11:30 to finish my other errands. Instead, I had to waste 2 1/2 at your dealership.

Tyler was great, but an oil change should never take 3 hours. Especially when I was the first appointment of the morning.
