Dear **** Smith Ford Team, I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service I received during my recent visit to your dealership for service on my 2021 Ford F-150 PowerBoost. From start to finish, my experience was smooth, efficient, and incredibly professional—thanks to Nicholas Greenwalt and the entire service team. When I arrived, I noticed a few cars outside the service doors, but a female team member promptly greeted me with a warm welcome and guided me to an open lane for check-in. Her friendly and proactive approach immediately set a positive tone for my visit. She then handed me over to Nicholas, who took over from there with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Nicholas and his crew did a fantastic job handling my service appointment. Despite the busy schedule, they worked seamlessly as a team to ensure everything was handled efficiently. I had an appointment, and in just 90 minutes, my truck was ready to go. During that time, I ran some errands and grabbed lunch, and by the time I returned, I was fortunate enough to see my truck pulling into the exit lane—perfect timing! Upon re-entering the service area, a male team member greeted me and immediately began the checkout process. He quickly connected with Nicholas, ensuring a smooth transition with no delays. Nicholas took the time to explain everything that was completed during my service and provided helpful information about what to expect at my upcoming 60,000-mile maintenance. His thorough and informative approach gave me confidence in the service I received and what lies ahead for my vehicle’s care. Overall, I was incredibly impressed by the level of teamwork, efficiency, and customer care displayed by Nicholas and the entire service department. They worked together seamlessly, making my experience hassle-free and enjoyable. It’s clear that **** Smith Ford values customer satisfaction, and I’m happy to continue bringing my vehicle here for service. Please extend my appreciation to Nicholas and the rest of the service team for their outstanding work. Their professionalism and dedication do not go unnoticed, and I look forward to my future visits.

I was looking to get a complete review of my 2022 Maverick to see if there was any warranty service needs and Tyler said the 88 point inspection would figure that out. But upon return of my vehicle, the paperwork said nothing about the inspection and there was no follow up if any other warranty items were needed. Furthermore, at the end of the service when I received a call from Tyler, he asked me to give a 5 star review on the survey and I don’t think that’s appropriate - I should be able to give my realistic and accurate appraisal of the service. Lastly, $250 to give me the code for the door keypad is a fairly excessive charge, I had just bought the vehicle used and was unable to use this feature until I received help from the dealer. It seems this could have been charged a much more appropriate fee.

The repair service is so bad that I will never come back. We made an appointment to drop off the car for the a/c to be fixed (for the third time, because the repairs department didn’t get it right before)-dropped it off on a Friday as per my appointment and got no updates until Monday evening, when I called and Giovanni told me that the person who needs to fix my car isn’t back until 3 or four days later, but I could wait until then-so the dealership gave me an appointment even though no one was there to fix the car, or else he lied about it-he never checked on it before then and never communicated-won’t be back ever, and won’t buy there again either because of this.

Mr. Bencini has assisted me in servicing our 2019 Edge and 2013 F-150 at least 6 times since he’s been at **** Smith Ford. He’s become my go to guy when I bring the vehicles in because of professionalism in telling me what kind of service they may need in addition to what I bring them in for.
