Tyler Turner is on of the sweetest person. He now’s his customers when I called to make the appointment told him who I was he remembered from last time he knew what I wanted already was a simple oil change, and they were at work and he hit me already to go. He was very great customer service always happy with him

Liked that my car was brought back to me. Very responsive. The $14k appraisal to fix the sunroof seemed very high -- asked a guy who owns a Ford dealership in Florence about that and he said it seemed like an astronomically high estimate solely intended to get me to go away or take the simpler, cheaper option. (Which, fair.) I don't know jack about cars so I am not in a position to agree or disagree with that assessment, but you all were the only ones willing to touch it and did so professionally, so I appreciate that. My 2007 Edge is an old car, it ain't worth much, but I bought it because it was a quality year and they apparently run for a long time. Hopefully the more expensive, modern ones have a similar track record. If so, I may come back whenever this ole beast kicks out on me. Thanks again!
