I just want to say thank you to my service guy. Tyler, he was a great help. I waited a month and a 1/2 to get my recall taking care of the last guy that was overseeing my service was totally awful, I'm glad he's no longer with the company. Once again, I greatly do appreciate Tyler. For taking care of this issue for me. Yes, I've said that it took so long.

Since you asked... I appreciated that Tommy was concerned for the amount of time my request would take. It was better to put that off to another time. Or maybe you could send a technician to my house like you do with software recalls. And while the price to remove a nail from my tire was reasonable, I think that had it been any higher I should have been asked before the work was done. I saw a text later, but some of us are not addicted to our phones...and I was in the waiting room or a phone call away.

Got my truck checked in for service and when it seemed to be taking longer than expected she kept me informed of the delays and expected completion… great experience for my first visit to your dealership, looking forward to making **** Smith Ford and India my “go to” for any future needs.
