Poor service and miscommunication between Nissan representatives and service department, wasting time waiting for my car for almost 3 hrs and at the end they just told me sorry there are no parts available

I think Mr. Aranda did an Awesome job considering Nissan just started a new program regarding checking-in your vehicle. He was very patient and took the time to explain what the new program will do and helped answer my questions regarding the recommended services my vehicle is going to require. Love the new program to view online. Thanks again. ????
