Did the requested work plus a car wash and vacuum! Can’t beat that!!
When I arrived, Wyatt was waiting in the service department and waved me in right away. He said he would text as soon as it was completed. The process went very smooth and I was able to pick up my vehicle in a timely fashion. Wyatt was very Courteous, kind and respectful!!
I do wish the texts I received from Greg Young matched what I was told there…. I was texted that even though I never had 5,000 miles , that I should still get the oil changed because of the environment in which we live and that it was all covered. When we get there we were told that the 5,000 mile checkup does not include an oil change.
I love my Toyota but getting conflicting info is frustrating

My parents brought my car in- said you wanted to “fix” several things on it. Very disappointed that a car only 2 years old needed work. Really losing my faith in Toyotas. Been a hassle since day 1. ????
I came in for recall and was told it would take 30-40 minutes. When I was told it would take 39/40 minutes. When I was told it was ready it had been over an hour and all the guy wanted to tell me was about 13 point inspection they did - and I did not ask for. Told me that it was required to protect the dealership. I waited 18 months for the recall to move forward. Doing the inspection was just another way to sell some service. His body language was clearly negative towards me. Needs to be trained to tell the customers everything they will be doing - not after the fact.
