The free vacuum was a joke. Couldn't tell anything was even done. It wouldn't take much to vacuum both front, back and seats. The carpet in both front seat areas wasn't touched nor the back. I wouldn't advertise a vacuum job if it can't be done right.

Christian was very pleasant. He presented what was done and what needed to be done,per manufacturer,in a precise and effective manner. Christian answered questions in terms I could understand.
I asked twice if they would deliver it. They said it was not a problem.
They finished my truck and left it outside unlocked for 2 days. I called the service number and left multiple messages. No one ever called me back.
Today I rode my bike out to get my truck back.
3 people were standing in the service area doing nothing and only 4 invoices in there holder- why doesn’t anyone check those before going home or when it is slow??

Is there an appeal process? Should I speak to the BBB, or Toyota corporate?
We were told we’d be called when part came in. After 10 days of not hearing from anyone, we called to check on part only to be told it was there. I’m wondering why we weren’t called to set up appointment when part came in. Also wondering if they ever would have called????
