The service manager took care of me today and went above and beyond. I have been a customer since 2016 and have purchased 2 lifted new Tundras and will be back for my next new one because of his actions today.

I was told to schedule an appt to have my vehicle aligned. Left work early to get it taken care of. After waiting for approximately 45 minutes, I was told my vehicle didn’t need to be aligned. No charge which I appreciate but I was inconvenienced for no reason.

Gentleman helping me super nice and kind BUT a few things upset me and my husband as well and if you look at what I say you will feel the same-( I would think) first I had a whistle from my driver's side window- when driving and the last time I was in I asked about it and they told me to have it checked next time I was in - which was yesterday vehicle is less than 2 years old. anyway, they informed me the whistle was due to my tires claiming I need new tires. THEN the kind gentleman told me that I needed to pay for the technician's time while he drove my car - that is ridiculous under warranty, and did it take 1/2 hr to test? THEN when I got in my car and the passenger seat was reclined all the way back - so someone else must of been in my car with the gentleman I was supposed to pay for driving my car- what were they doing in my car. Not happy about any of this and my husband and I will question ever returning as we are questioning ethics and morals. Not really sure if a car that is 18 months old and 28000 miles would need 4 new tires.... just the reasons listed I am sure any of you would question as well

Andres was great! He was friendly and helpful, answering a couple questions about my car that I hadn’t been able to figure out on my own. He was gracious and accommodating when I called to reschedule twice and a third time to move it back to the appointment is rescheduled from that afternoon when I realized I would make it back to Columbus in time to make that appointment. He was kind and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him even when I knew I was. I will continue to be a repeat service customer at Gregg Young thanks to Andres outstanding customer service.
