Excellent, they took my car in as soon as I arrived and got it done 45 minutes before the time they gave me. This was my first time going to them I will most definitely go back to service my car

I received a precessional service , I am very satisfied.
I don’t understand why fluids are no longer topped off during services. Also, my receipt showed the courtesy wash and my car was not washed at all. Just expected much better service from a luxury brand like Lexus. I get better service at Chevrolet when they do the oil change on my truck, and it’s way cheaper too.
There aren’t enough loaners. The hospitality Lexus used to offer isn’t the same. The coffee has gotten super cheap and the cookies are non-existent. There used to be juice and water but at least there’s still water.I waited almost an hour to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived no one told me my rep was out to lunch. Not until I got tired of waiting I asked if someone had checked me in and that’s when I was told he was out to lunch. What’s more disappointing is that I used the link to pay ahead for a faster pick up and still waited 45 minutes to have someone bring me my car that was parked right in front of me.
I was not completely satisfied and will wait for the survey.
