My request for service and a loaner was very much last minute. I was a bit worried about a possible transmission problem similar to one we had with our previous car. Ashlee understood and managed to fulfill my request completely. Turns out there was a know issue that was fixed right away. Thank you to Ashlee and to Crystal Natividad for getting us in right away.

I told Ashley on Thursday when we talked that I wanted my car for the weekend. I never heard from her on friday. I should have called and made arrangements on Friday morning or afternoon. I’m disappointed about this.
