Adrian, was extremely helpful this morning with the service of our vehicle. I was originally told the update would take around two hours. Within a few minutes, Adrian came and told me the repair would take longer and arranged for me to get a loaner vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up, it was beautifully washed and ready to go!
