Adrian was professional and courteous
I received excellent service from Adrian. He was very kind and patient considering that I did not have an appointment to have my car oil changed. He explained everything thoroughly and was very courteous.
He was very helpful and friendly.
I asked Octavio to please make sure the Tech cleared the INSPECTION DUE from the dash as it was NOT cleared last year. I asked Adrian on Saturday the 5th if it had been cleared when I picked u my car a WEEK LATER and it WAS NOT! I called immediately and spoke to Adrian and he said he would let the Service Manager know and she would be calling me back. It is the 8th and I have not received a call back from anyone. I called Fox Acura and was transferred to the Service Manager’s phone and she did not pick up. I left a voice message. I reported this last year as well and was never called back. I am very disappointed … had I known, I would NOT have bought the tires there and just brought my car home.

Wanted to say thank you to Adrian, the service representative, that greeted me and made my appointment. Adrian was very proficient and very professional. I was in and out of the service department in about an hour. He answered all my questions. He was very helpful. I will most definitely be doing business again at Acura with Adrian.
The screws on the air filter cover were not screwed in and one is missing.
