Realize how busy service is, but felt rushed and not valued as a customer. I didn’t get the customer experience as I would have expected being a Toyota customer for over 40 years. Scott was very nice as my service writer but could tell he needed help as customers seemed to pileup as he tried to keep pace.

I just purchased my car in January, and here it is, March, and my sensors just fall off without any kind of damage. Per the service team, there was bumper work done prior to me purchasing the car. So apparently, someone can just walk up and push in the sensor. If it's that easy to break, it shouldn't be that expensive. NO!!!! It is over $1200 to replace. I'm not happy about that at all. I think if they sell used cars, they should assure those things are correct and properly placed before selling the vehicle. But that's what we go amd it's high way robbery if you ask me.

Mr. Antonio French, go above and beyond when it comes to working with His customers. The Service Department was on it's way to closing, Mr. French took the time to take time with my husband and I. We appreciate Mr. French.

My service was comically bad. Told it would take an hour, it took 2 hours. Listened to Daniel try to cheat another customer in the waiting room, assumed it was an isolated incident. I was wrong. Was told I didn’t pass inspection due to large crack in my windshield. When I asked Daniel why he didn’t point out the problem when he was checking me in, he told me that he didn’t see my car (he personally sat in drivers seat to correct mistake made by technician when writing down mileage from my odometer). Credit card processing didn’t work on his computer. When he brought me to the desk inside to pay they couldn’t give me a receipt. Then, while driving back to work, I noticed some serious damage to my side mirror. I turned around and went back. When I asked Daniel what happened to my mirror, he immediately knew the car wash ate it. I told him, “this is not a good look for you” — he didn’t respond, turned around and walked away. One of the technicians then told me that the rollers in the car wash were way too close together and did this all the time. I don’t think I could have had a worse experience. I would ask you to make this right, but maybe it’s just easier to go somewhere else.

Dave was very transparent about what could result from this repair. he is very professional and friendly. Completely satisfied with the service and the timeliness of the repair. Couldn’t say more things about how pleased we are with Bomarito Toyota.

The people were great and so was the technical work. But the wait to get an oil change, tire rotate, and tire alignment was over 2 hours and I had an appointment. Typically this is closer to one hour and I was late to a work meeting due to the unexpectedly long wait.

Daniel is very trustworthy. I like dealing with him. I also liked Steve Dennis. I will miss him. You should have did what ever you needed to do to keep him. Same on you, good people should be appreciated.
