Leland was very personable and explained what was wrong with my car in a way I could understand. He also gave clear recommendations for future.
I asked to have them check the car because because there is shaking in front of the car. Diagnosis was that the rear brake and rear rotors were the cause and need to be replaced. I emphasized the shaking was coming from the front not the back. After work was completed, I left and the shaking was still there. Came back to the dealership and turned out the front rotors needed to be resurfaced.
I am totally satisfied with the great service I get from the “Service department “. I question “Upper management “ in what happened to my “Free” Toyota 100,000 miles oil change and the 100,00 additional “Bommarito “ oil change? Batt and switch? I probably prepaid for that when I bought the car. It turned into a 5 time 50,000 mile free oil change. Nothing is free!
The only problem I had was with the warranty company they didn't cover my coolant valve classified it as a hose even the mechanic says it's not a hose it's a valve so they wouldn't pay for it the guys that did the service on my car did a wonderful job
