The service advisor refused to properly align my certified vehicle which was purchased 2-3 weeks ago. He provided the spec sheet of the alignment which shows incorrect alignment and even though I came back to him the same day asking to check again since my car is leaning towards left when driving straight, his response was that there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointed in Bommarito from sales to service.
How in the first place the car is not aligned? Isn’t this a certified pre-owned vehicle with 160 point inspection?? Who made Bommarito Toyota an authorized dealership?

The service was wonderful, but since the wait for my car to be ready was more than 2 hours long, I wish I had been told that it would take that length of time at the start.
I was told by the young man that they were going to wash my car and factory my rugs when vacuum the whole entire car and none of that happened they attempted to wash the front glass but it was a half done job thank you

I booked an appointment for an emissions for 1:30 p.m. on Friday, April 11th. Reviewed and declined extra services at about 2:20 p.m. Almost 2 hours I had not been given my keys so my spouse went to inquire about my vehicle. I had to ask for my keys and it was just parked outside in a parking space for I do not know how long. I was not sent a text that the service was done until after I was leaving. I was very unsatisfied with the service.
